What You'll Do
Meeting and special event preparation Plan, schedule and execute onsite and offsite meetings Prepare correspondence Monitor and coordinate all event materials as necessary (banners, tablecloths, giveaways, flyers, etc.) Assists and coordinates special projects as required. Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management and employees across the organization Maintain inventory of office supplies and some production supplies Performs other duties as assigned What You'll Need
High level of organization and time management skills Strong computer skills required (good knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Must be willing to adapt to shifting requirements or priorities Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Must be innovative, creative, organized, optimistic and self-motivated Your Education
