Job Description

We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Willamson, New York. This Contract position will play an important role in keeping records accurate, documents accessible, and administrative tasks moving efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable handling clerical work that supports both the office and management team.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate routine administrative activities to support smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records, ensuring files and documents are easy to retrieve and up to date.
  • Enter information accurately into spreadsheets and internal documents while checking for completeness and consistency.
  • Scan, sort, and archive paperwork to support effective document management practices.
  • Assist managers with clerical tasks such as preparing materials, updating records, and tracking administrative details.
  • Monitor office documentation and help keep business records current, accurate, and well structured.
