Job Summary:
Provides administrative support for Loan Officers. Primary Duties /
Responsibilities:
Greet, assist and direct loan customers in person as they enter department, or assist by phone with loan questions Scan loan documents Prepare board credit packet, transcribe and distribute meeting minutes Compile denial letters Manage letters of credit (updates re: renewals, increases, decreases) Check/QC loan documents after loan is booked Gather titles (mostly for consumer loans) Ensure sales tax are paid and titles are back from county Update loan rate sheets and distribute them as interest rates change Prepare letters for updated financials Compile loan portfolio information for management Maintain form changes, manuals, T-rates and interest rates for internal communication Administer all employee Notary Services (order stamps, completes bonds, etc.)
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and organizational skills Solid written and oral communication skills Mastery of grammar and spelling Proficient in Microsoft Office, keyboarding skills Notary Public This is a Full-Time Position Hilltop Bank is an EEO Employer No established salary range
