Job Description
Delta Dental of Wyoming is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of First Impression Specialist in our Cheyenne office. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are detail oriented and dedicated to providing outstanding first impressions (and ongoing exceptional customer service) this may be the job for you! How you will make an impact: You'll be the face of the organization when people walk in the door! You will make the first impression. You'll be professional and bring enthusiasm daily to our team. On every incoming call you answer, you'll answer with exceptional customer service! You'll describe benefits, claim status, provider information and eligibility information. You'll work to ensure our mail and return mail is processed accurately and timely. You'll ensure that the office is up to date with needed supplies and materials. You will ensure that our Leadership team is taken care of by helping with correspondence, administrative support, schedules and travel. You'll keep our commitment to community involvement alive as you assist as necessary with the WY Delta Dental Foundation programs.
What we are looking for:
Minimum of an Associates degree or an equivalent combination of education and successful work experience in a related field. Candidates with proven experience will not be excluded from consideration. Dependability in attendance and punctuality. Ability to demonstrate superior customer service. Previous office experience as an administrative or executive assistant is preferred. Experience with computers, multi-line telephones, calculators and use of business etiquette is required. Enjoy helping others, displays a willingness to succeed and be part of a team. Must be able to handle all information in compliance with all HIPAA regulations.Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
