Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This energetic role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for creating reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Assist with office management tasks such as supply ordering, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing files Experience Office experience or clerical background demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with front desk operations, and customer service best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic computer literacy Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is preferred but not required Prior administrative or medical/dental receptionist experience is advantageous Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Join us in a role that combines energy, organization, and excellent communication!
