Job Description
Elevate your career in one of the planet's most breathtaking mountain destinations - Jackson, Wyoming. We're seeking an Outlets General Manager to lead three outlets at our boutique hotel. This is a rare opportunity to shape service culture, operational excellence, and guest delight across multiple high-performing outlets.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations in our three‑meal restaurant, bar & lounge, and in‑room dining. Ensure seamless service execution aligning with the brand standards. Lead a high-performing team and staff through coaching, training, and structured systems. Work with the EC to maintain consistency, quality, and communication between FOH and Culinary. Drive financial performance through cost controls, labor , forecasting, and revenue‑generating strategies. Accountability for inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships. Uphold exceptional guest service, while resolving issues with urgency and professionalism. Maintain a strong floor presence to ensure service excellence and team support. Collaborate with hotel leadership to develop SOPs, service standards, and brand experiences. Monitor guest feedback, ratings, and reviews to identify opportunities for improvement. Support ongoing recruitment and retention to ensure staffing levels and standards remain high. Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Contribute to long‑term strategic planning as the hotel expands and evolves its culinary concepts.Requirements / Pre
‑Requisites:
5+ years of restaurant or F&B leadership, preferably within boutique, or resort environments. Proven experience managing multiple outlets. Strong understanding of Forbes‑level service expectations. Hands‑on & humble. You build positive culture, communicate clearly & lead by example. Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to connect authentically with guests & staff. Thrives in dynamic environments with seasonal fluctuations. Demonstrated record of elevated emotional intelligence in high touch environments. Passion for hospitality, excellence, and creating memorable guest experiences.Compensation Package:
