Vehicle Outreach Coordinator Help our neighbors sell their cars—no auto experience required. At Fremont Motors, we make the process of selling a car simple and stress-free. We're looking for a Vehicle Outreach Coordinator —a people-person who enjoys conversations, organizing details, and helping others take the next step. This role is less about negotiating and more about connecting with people and scheduling them for a smooth appraisal and sale at our dealership. What You'll Do Reach out to sellers who've contacted us about selling their vehicle. Search private-party listings and connect with owners who may be interested in selling. Have friendly conversations about their vehicle and share next steps. Schedule dealership appointments for final appraisal and purchase. Keep organized records of your outreach, follow-ups, and appointments. Coordinate logistics with the team to ensure smooth handoffs. What You Bring A friendly, approachable style—you enjoy starting conversations. Clear communication skills, both on the phone and online. Strong organizational habits—you keep details straight and follow through. Basic computer navigation and comfort with online tools (we'll train you). No prior automotive experience is required—we'll teach you everything you need to know.
