Job Description

Administrative Assistant We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting a fast-paced professional environment, managing multiple priorities, and delivering exceptional service to both clients and team members. As part of our firm, you will have the opportunity to develop new skills, gain exposure to a variety of business operations, and contribute to meaningful client engagements. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to partners and staff members Manage client communications, scheduling, and correspondence Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and physical files Assist with document processing, data entry, and report preparation Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met Support client onboarding and ongoing administrative processes Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general office technology Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting What We Offer Competitive compensation Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance
