Job Description

Job Description Initiates purchase requisitions for needed materials and supplies and forwards to supervisor. Maintains inventory control and performs inventories. Receives shipments of goods and checks bills of lading against purchase orders. Issue clothes to center trainees. Closes and forwards purchase orders to appropriate department. Sorting and distributing mail. Reports all missing property as required. Assists custodians in performing quarterly inventories. Operates office machines. Clearly communicates and consistently models appropriate CSS and employability skills. Maintains accountability of staff, students, and property. Adheres to safety practices in all areas of responsibility. Fosters and sustains a conducive environment at the center, ensuring it remains free from harassment, intimidation, and disrespect, thereby ensuring a safe space for both staff and students to engage in work and learning. Attends all required staff training opportunities. Qualifications High School diploma or General Education Diploma and one year related experience and/or training Experience working with youth and adults ages 16-24 in an educational or training setting is preferred Data entry experience Familiarity and knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications A valid driver's license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
