MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Plans, conducts, and assists with recruitment team efforts for Los Angeles Field Office (LAFO). Monitors and provides responses to email correspondence related to recruitment program. Monitors incoming phone calls to LAFO recruitment program. Responsible for recruitment program supplies and inventory. Supports recruitment team with set up/break down at offsite events.

KSAs:

Basic understanding or ability to interpret CBP Recruitment program directives/SOPs. Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work with both CBP and external stakeholders. Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, and to present well[1]considered and sound suggestions.
