Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry Maintain and update office records, documents, and databases accurately Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and internal inquiries in a professional manner Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and office activities Prepare basic reports, forms, and documentation as needed Support office operations by ensuring supplies are stocked and organizedRequirements:
