Job Description

TOWN OF LISBON EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY CLERK TO THE ASSESSOR
The Town of Lisbon is accepting applications for the position of Clerk to the Assessor. This is a part-time union position working between 12 hours and 20 hours per week. The clerk provides administrative assistance to the Assessor is responsible for the office in the temporary absence of the Assessor and under the general supervision of the Assessor will process information related to real estate, personal and motor vehicle accounts. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to compute basic mathematical calculations, the ability to operate office equipment, with strong customer service skills and computer experience using Microsoft Word and Excel. Employment applications are available until the position is filled, in the office of the First Selectman, Town of Lisbon, 1 Newent Road, Lisbon, Connecticut 06351 during normal business hours or on the Town of Lisbon website.
