Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Office Technician is responsible for performing a variety of functions which involve clerical and office functions. Assignments are carried out in accordance with general work instructions and established office practices and procedures. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Branch General Manager. Providing administrative support to departments such as Human Resources and Accounting. Assists with orientation for new employees. Maintaining records of incoming and outgoing correspondence, such as by filing documents or scanning them into a computer system. Performing clerical tasks such as typing or word processing documents, filing paperwork, photocopying materials, and answering phones. Time management and self-motivation are skills used on a daily basis while adhering to strict HIPAA and confidentiality policies. Ensures that paperwork is accurately prepared and forward to corporate office. Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this job. Other duties and tasks as assigned.Requirements:
Prior office experience. Detail oriented, well organized, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills. Strong computer skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills.Benefits:
