This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly while interacting with staff, caregivers, and visitors. This position is in-office and plays an important role in maintaining a professional, welcoming, and compliant home care environment. Job Responsibilities Office Support & Maintenance Light office cleaning and organizing Setting up and breaking down office spaces for meetings or events Ensuring front office and common areas are presentable Front Desk & Customer Interaction Meeting and greeting visitors, caregivers, and applicants Assisting with basic questions and directing individuals appropriately Creating a welcoming and professional office environment Fingerprinting & Administrative Tasks Assisting with fingerprinting appointments (training provided) Filing paperwork and organizing documents Assisting administrative staff with general office tasks Helping prepare paperwork for staff and caregivers Running occasional office errands as needed General Office Assistance Supporting day-to-day office needs Assisting with setup for orientations, trainings, or meetings Performing other duties as assigned to support operations
