Their team is small, close-knit, and collaborative, where every employee plays a key role in delivering extraordinary results About the Role This is a field-first role where you'll take full ownership of your projects — from early construction through final delivery. You'll be the one running the job, managing subs, working directly with clients, and making sure things get done right. If you like being stuck behind a desk or need constant direction, this won't be a fit. If you're someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and likes running your own jobs — you'll do well here. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple projects simultaneously Oversee all on-site construction activities, including schedule, quality, and subcontractor coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading weekly meetings and ongoing communication Proactively identify and resolve issues in the field with minimal oversight Maintain daily updates, logs, photos, and documentation in Buildertrend Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and job site activities Track project schedules and communicate any changes with clients and internal leadership Manage change orders, punch lists, and final walkthroughs Ensure job sites maintain high standards for quality, safety, and organization Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and internal teams Experience & Technical Expertise 3-5 years of experience in residential construction (Project Manager, Superintendent, or Builder role) Experience with custom homes, luxury residential, or high-end production building Strong understanding of: Structural framing MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Concrete and grading Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and construction plans Experience managing schedules, subcontractors, and project coordination Familiarity with Buildertrend or similar construction management software Proficiency in Excel, Word, and cloud-based tools Leadership & Mindset Strong problem-solving ability and ability to think independently in the field Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities Polished, professional, and confident in client-facing interactions Proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented High level of integrity and ownership

Pay:

$95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
