TWIC Clerk

TWIC Clerk We are seeking a TWIC clerk with excellent customer service and security skills to join our highly-regarded team. The clerk will be responsible for clearing the security officer staff in Houma, LA. Prior law enforcement, military and/or 2 years of security experience is a plus. Full-time position, benefits offered include medical/vision/dental/life insurance, company cell phone and company vehicle. As TWIC clerk, you will be responsible for: Working in a local Security Office M-F 8am-4pm

• Overseeing the TWIC operations for security guards to be scheduled at posts around the Houma Branch. You must meet the following requirements:
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Sound communication skills Professional presentation
• Ability to work as a team member
• Willingness and ability to work to a flexible roster, 7 days a week
• Reliable transport
• 21 years of age
• Clean criminal background Ability to pass a drug screen
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, perform routine foot patrols.

Physical/Mental Requirements:

Ability to operate general office equipment. Ability to effectively communicate using verbal and written skills. Ability to make sound decisions. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working with office equipment. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
