We provide comprehensive training on firm-specific tools and workflows—backed by ongoing team support—but strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft 365 are non-negotiable. If you're the kind of person who can field a phone call while scheduling appointments and scanning documents in real time, this is your kind of challenge.
What You'll Do:
Greet and assist office visitors warmly and professionally Navigate multi-line phone systems to manage call traffic smoothly Use digital tools to schedule clients and coordinate appointments Handle electronic deposits accurately and efficiently Print, scan, and manage documents across multiple digital platforms Maintain tidy and organized public areas Monitor and restock office supplies as needed
You Bring:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional office setting (law firm experience a plus) Mastery of basic computer functions and high comfort level with multitasking across different applications Proficiency in Microsoft Office and 365 tools Strong communication and organizational skills Precision, patience, and the ability to prioritize under pressure Team-first mindset with the independence to work solo when needed Motivation and adaptability in a dynamic, tech-driven workplace
