What You'll Do Perform detailed cleaning of homes (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas) Tasks include: dusting, wiping, scrubbing, disinfecting, vacuuming, mopping, and organizing Follow a professional cleaning checklist and company standards Respect clients' homes and preferences Work efficiently while maintaining high quality What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual (this is very important) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, lifting) Must have reliable transportation to travel between job locations Pay & Benefits Hourly pay raised after 90 days Paid training Mileage reimbursement Paid time off Opportunities for growth and advancement Referral program
