JOB TITLE RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE CLERK LOCATOR NO. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or completion of the General Education Development (GED) Test, Experience in using a personal computer; common software; and use of office equipment.

POSITION SUMMARY
To help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the assigned school office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answers incoming telephone lines, takes messages, and transfers calls. Greets public and assists with their school needs. Picks up and sort's incoming mail for school building and school staff. Makes copies and faxes documents as needed. Performs general office errands as needed. Keeps supply closet organized and orders supplies as needed. Assists with typing of correspondence and documents. Assists with special projects for office staff. Performs other duties as may be assigned by superintendent and other administrative office staff.

PRIMARY JOB LOCATION
: School Office.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
: Employee must frequently lift or move up to 10 lbs; and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
