Monitors and records faculty and staff absences; Contacts, schedules, and assigns substitute personnel to fill vacancies; Utilize automated substitute/attendance software (i.e., Frontline, Red Rover, etc.) to input and verify faculty and staff attendance records; Answers telephones, emails and/or written correspondence; Performs other general clerical and typing duties; Other duties as assigned.

Serves as a positive, enthusiastic, productive colleague; Exhibits familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook or other necessary computer software; Office skills, including typing, telephone, data management and record keeping; and Well-developed communication skills for working with colleagues and families.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma including or supplemented by a course in typing.
