Job Description

  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team and provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The office admin will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks to support the office staff and keep the office running smoothly.
  • Responsibilities:
  • 1.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department. 2. Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner. 3. Manage office supplies and place orders as needed. 4. Assist in organizing office events and meetings. 5. Maintain a clean and organized office environment. 6. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. 7. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry. 8. Coordinate with IT support for office equipment maintenance.
  • Qualifications:
  • 1.
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role. 2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 7. High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
