Job Description

Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Install, configure, and support business networks at customer locations.

Install and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, wireless networks, and structured cabling.

Deploy, configure, and support Windows desktops and Windows Server environments.

Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, file sharing, printing, and user account issues.

Configure and maintain network services including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, and DNS.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.

Document network configurations, system changes, and completed work.

Provide professional on-site and remote technical support to customers.

QualificationsExperience administering Windows Server and Windows desktop operating systems.

Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services.

Experience with business networking equipment such as Fortinet, SonicWall, Ubiquiti, Cisco, Peplink, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, VPNs, and wireless technologies.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently at customer sites with minimal supervision.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both networking and Windows systems administration while working in a variety of business environments.
