Position Summary HMT is seeking an NDE RO Administrator to provide administrative support to NDE operations by coordinating inspection projects, maintaining records, managing certifications, and ensuring accurate documentation for customers and regulatory requirements. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily NDE operations by coordinating field activities, maintaining inspection and compliance records, tracking technician qualifications, and facilitating communication between customers, technicians, and management to ensure projects are completed efficiently and in accordance with company and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Work with NDE manager in coordinating daily NDE field activities and technician schedules through Service Fusion. Maintain inspection reports, work orders, and customer documentation. Track technician certifications, training records, and expiration dates. Manage customer requests, assist with job setup, and project tracking. Maintain electronic and hard-copy inspection records. Assist with some invoicing, timesheets, and job costing documentation. Support compliance with customer, company, and industry requirements. Coordinate equipment calibration records and documentation. Communicate with customers, technicians, and management regarding job status and deliverables. Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and performance metrics. Assist with safety documentation and audit preparation. Qualifications At a minimum High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in not required. Experience in administrative support, industrial inspection, or construction environments. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn other software applications. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Knowledge of NDE methods and industry terminology is preferred but not required. HMT is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
