Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Technician to join our team! In this vital role, you will combine office support duties with basic technical assistance, helping maintain organized workflows, assist staff and provide exceptional customer service for technology-related requests. Your proactive approach, organizational skills, and technical proficiency will help create an efficient, welcoming environment for both staff and visitors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a vibrant workplace. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism. Handle multi-line phone systems, answering inquiries promptly and routing calls efficiently using excellent phone etiquette. Provide basic technical support for staff and clients including password resets and troubleshooting simple hardware/software issues. Connect printers as well as set up email addresses. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, TEAMS and other administrative tasks as assigned. Coordinate service appointments and communicate with your supervisor effectively. Support office management activities including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and inventory management. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, supporting clients or vendors, and maintaining positive communication Experience Familiarlity with IT ticketing systems. Basic understanding of networking and computer troubleshooting. Prior office experience in administrative or clerical roles is highly preferred Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools. Bilingual abilities are advantageous for effective communication with diverse teams and clients. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of office management procedures including, calendar coordination, and time management techniques. T Pay:
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
