Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
Will be responsible for typing documents and reports also maintaining inmate files with attention to detail and accuracy to calculate inmate time. Entering/updating data in inmate records system and files, communicate effectively with magistrates, courts, and all other branches of law enforcement, etc. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment. Other general clerical duties as assigned by higher authority.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18 years of age or older, high school graduate or equivalent. Minimum of one year business office experience. Must be proficient in Windows and have knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must have a valid Virginia driver's license.
