•Mail Processor II#26-19071 Up to $18.56 per hour Scottsdale, AZ Onsite Job Description Our Client, a Retail Pharmacy company, is looking for a Mail Processor II for their Scottsdale, AZ location.
Responsibilities:
The job scope is working with the Client corporate mailroom performing Digital printing on large production class printers. Folding & inserting them into various envelopes on large class inserter machines and perform other mail room functions throughout the day in a fast-paced environment to meet a very sensitive time schedule. This individual will need to verify print jobs based on the documentation received, print, insert, postage stamp and communication completion within a very defined time frame.
Requirements:
Efficient with MS suite On their feet throughout their entire shift Lift 50lbs, standing for long periods of time Be able to multi task Verifyable High School Diploma or GED Required Print or mail room setting Proficiency with Microsoft business software (Excel, PDF & Outlook) Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds Able to stand for long periods of the day Effective verbal and written communications skills. -Excellent time management skills. Be able to run: -Neopost/ Pitney Bowes Class inserters -Xerox production class printers Experience in a similar or related role Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
