Rural Mail Delivery Driver (Independent Contractor) (
Training:
August or September date TBA)
Start Day:
October 1st, 2026! We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Independent Contractors to deliver mail on a designated rural USPS route. This position offers consistent work six days per week, a company-provided work vehicle, and paid training.

PM Peak Season Hours:
Approximately 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM/4:00 PM Responsibilities Safely and accurately deliver mail along an assigned rural route. Sort and organize mail for efficient delivery. Follow USPS safety and delivery procedures. Complete the assigned route in a timely and professional manner. Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after each route. Return the assigned vehicle to the designated USPS office at the end of each workday. Vehicle Information A work vehicle is provided. Vehicle is for mail route use only. Vehicle must be returned and parked at the assigned USPS office after each shift. Personal use of the vehicle is not permitted. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver's license with a decent driving record. Ability to pass the required USPS screening and background check. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Able to lift and carry mail packages as required. Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
