Job Description

The Tiki Lounge, a thriving, family-run online e-commerce business based in Corona, CA, is seeking a highly reliable, local, and flexible Operations and Fulfillment Assistant. This is a strictly behind-the-scenes role in a fast-paced environment. You will not be on camera; instead, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, helping keep things moving by handling shipping, physical organization, and inventory transportation. This is a part-time position with variable, day-to-day, or on-call hours that change week to week based on our livestream schedule. For the right candidate, this role has the potential to expand into more hours over time.
Shift and Schedule Expectations:
Hours are part-time, variable, and often on-call day-to-day. Shifts fluctuate based on business needs, so some days may require late mornings, afternoons, or working later into the night. We highly prefer candidates with wide, open availability who live nearby and can adapt to changing short-notice schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive our business vehicle to Los Angeles and the surrounding areas to pick up and transport wholesale inventory. Efficiently package, label, and prep a high volume of online orders with care and precision. Handle daily local logistics, including post office drop-offs and supply runs. Assist with moving inventory and keeping track of stock across our home workspace, storage unit, and off-site storage. Keep shipping stations and inventory areas clean, organized, and physically structured.
Requirements :
Must reside in the immediate Corona, CA area for quick-response and on-call capability. Must have a valid driver's license to drive our business vehicle. Must be able to safely lift, carry, and move boxes and packages frequently throughout the day. Must be entirely comfortable working closely with a small team in a busy, home-based business environment. Exceptional reliability, punctuality, strong organization, and a self-motivated, let's get it done work ethic. Preferred (But Not Required): Prior experience with e-commerce, packing, shipping, or retail inventory management. An interest in live-selling platforms or small business operations.
