  • $60,322 United States, California, Oakland Jun 09, 2026 UC Riverside's Campus Business Services is recruiting for a Mail Processor. The full salary range for the Mail Processor is $21.05
  • $28.
89 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Processing incoming flat and non-standard mail into both sub breakdown and final breakdown for campus distribution. Deliver outgoing mail as per predetermined schedules. Perform departmental accounting of outgoing mail processes using the MOS system to segregate charges to individual accounts. Reconcile the postage meters as needed as per USPS regulations. Process Second and Third class mail to breakdown points as per USPS requirements. Incumbent will act as back up for
SCOTMAIL
communications distributions and maintaining subscriber database for all paper distribution lists. Also responsible for recharge billing and processing, and calculating estimates for mail customers. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements.
