This energetic position involves sorting, organizing, and preparing pallets for shipment or storage, contributing directly to our commitment to timely deliveries and exceptional service. Responsibilities Efficiently load, unload, and organize pallets using heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks Sort and categorize products on pallets according to shipping instructions and warehouse protocols Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory accurately Assist with order picking processes, ensuring correct items are selected for shipment Maintain safety standards by adhering to OSHA regulations and proper heavy equipment operation procedures Support shipping and receiving activities by preparing pallets for dispatch or storage Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks Skills Skilled in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and basic repairs Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices in warehouse environments Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and repetitive tasks throughout shifts Experience in shipping & receiving processes, including load & unload procedures Construction or similar background beneficial for understanding mechanical systems and safety protocols Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy in order picking and pallet sorting Join us today to become an essential part of our warehouse operations!
