Job Description

The Ottawa Dental Laboratory, founded in 1937, is a family owned and operated business located in Ottawa, IL, and is seeking candidates for the position of Data Entry and Tech Support at our Ottawa location.
Schedule:
7:30am - 4:00pm
Job Responsibilities:
The key objectives of the Data Entry & Tech Support are as follows: Assist with case workflow between production, customers, and delivery team of multiple facilities Invoice and box cases, scan paperwork Perform local pickups and deliveries via company vehicle Support with opening and the disinfection of incoming cases Check, pack and sort out-going cases Delivery confirmation & scheduling edits with production Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, have strong computer skills, and the ability to thrive in a multi-tasking team environment. This position entails light to moderate lifting and both sitting and standing for variable periods of time during the shift. We will provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) and, if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.
