1st or 3rd Shift Available 12-hour days required Hours are Thursday, Fri. Sat, every other Wednesday Job Summary Seeking dependable and motivated Mail Handlers / Manufacturing Associates to. This is a fast-paced manufacturing and printing environment where employees work with finished books, publications, and printed materials as they move through the production and finishing process.

The Mail Handler is responsible for safely handling, organizing, stacking, packaging, and moving printed products while helping the production team meet daily quality and production goals.

No prior printing or bindery experience is required. Training is provided. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, machine operation, packaging, assembly, or material handling are encouraged to apply.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Read and follow work orders, production instructions, and established procedures. Handle printed books, publications, and other finished products coming from production equipment. Remove product from production equipment and ensure materials are properly aligned and stacked. Straighten and organize stacks of printed materials to maintain product quality. Stack finished products safely and neatly onto pallets/skids. Feed books and printed materials into production and finishing equipment as needed. Pack finished products into cartons and prepare materials for the next stage of production or shipment. Move materials and finished products safely between workstations. Perform various manual production and finishing tasks. Inspect finished products for quality and report defects or issues. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, packaging, assembly, or material-handling experience is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
