Requirements:

Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, push, and pull for 10-12 hour shifts Comfortable using computers, scanners, and warehouse technology Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals Strong attendance and punctuality Team-oriented with a strong commitment to safety Comfortable operating or learning to operate manual and electric pallet jacks Ability to follow GMP, SQF, and company safety procedures

Job Duties:

Receive, sort, and organize incoming freight and packages Break down pallets and scan products using warehouse systems Sort packages by delivery route and destination Load vehicles accurately and efficiently Assist with directing traffic and warehouse flow within the facility Communicate delays, issues, or operational concerns to supervisors Participate in pre-shift meetings and support daily productivity goals Maintain safety, quality, and on-time delivery standards Assist with general warehouse operations as needed Follow all company safety, GMP, and SQF policies and procedures
