Job Overview Overview Join our team as a Rural Carrier Associate and become a vital part of delivering exceptional service to communities. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages and mail along designated rural routes. Your positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction will help us ensure timely deliveries and foster community trust. This position offers an engaging environment where every day presents new opportunities to connect with customers and make a difference. Duties Drive personal and company vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols. Deliver packages directly to customers' mailbox/doorsteps, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in every interaction. Assist with heavy lifting and moving items of various sizes, maintaining proper safety procedures at all times. Maintain accurate delivery records, obtain signatures when required, and document any delivery issues or discrepancies. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously during deliveries. Experience Prior experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations is highly desirable. Experience with route driving, heavy lifting, and moving items. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in diverse environments. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy packages repeatedly throughout the day.
Requirements:
