Hours:
9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with one hour lunch Responsibilities and Duties Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to sorting incoming mail for distribution and distributing to the appropriate employee including UPS, FedEx, NJLS, and hand deliveries; ordering office/kitchen supplies; unpacking and organizing supplies in supply closets; receiving and distributing faxes in a timely fashion; perform any copy, scan or binding request that is received; disc duplication; meter outgoing mail; coordinate hand deliveries; deliver supplies to employees when requested; provide back-up for receptionist; and maintain copy/fax machines. Qualifications and skills Detail-oriented, excellent organization and time-management skills. Proficiency with eCopy applications, ProLaw (a case management system), Pitney Bowes mail machine, and binding machines. Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
