Job Description
Customer Service Rep II Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, and other items to customers within established timeframes and service standards Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages. Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages Participate in cross-training Provide copier key operator services Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment Take direction from supervisor or site manager Maintain all logs and reporting documentation, with attention to detail Adhere to all safety procedures Adhere to all applicable Federal, State, Local and Company safety and traffic regulations/policies Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisory team Demonstrates high levels of safety awareness and notifies supervisor of potential hazards Follows the security and privacy policies, standards, and guidelines to protect the informational assets of both the company and their customers Performs other duties as required Repetitive motion is required: may require twisting/bending/climbing Required to work at computer for long periods Required to stand, walk, simple grasp, reach with hands and arms Required to regularly sit, talk, or hear Required to possess close vision and ability to focus Conditions may include office environment, computer room, production floor, warehouse and shipping/receiving. Occasional exposure to dust, dirt, toner, ink and other environmental factors is possible. Light facilities support including but not limited to, Care and replacement of 2-way radios, locksmith services including re-keying and cutting, exterior flag replacement, maintain campus bulletin board protocols, support holiday displays, respond to client service request, support recycling and disposition of electronic waste, furniture rearrangement request, inspection of conference and huddles rooms and report any defects, and ability to support conference needs.
