Job Description
Join Adecco in a dynamic, corporate environment located within New York, New York. This is an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity to work directly with a Fortune 500 company at their Corporate Offices. - Key Responsibilities:

Mail Handling & Distribution:
Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing U.S. mail, overnight packages, interoffice correspondence, and product samples across multiple floors and departments. +
Shipping & Courier Coordination:
Prepare shipments, operate postage machines, determine cost-effective shipping methods, and coordinate with courier services (FedEx, UPS, etc.) for deliveries and issue resolution. +
Sample Management:
Organize and distribute product samples; remove and stage samples designated for charity or disposal. +
Mailroom Operations:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mailroom, monitor equipment, record postage meter readings, and initiate service calls as needed. +
Reporting:
Provide daily updates to the mailroom dashboard and track charity bin usage and movement. +
Facilities Support:
Assist with tasks as directed, including conference room setups, supply deliveries, and other building-related needs.
- Qualifications:
- + High school graduate or equivalent + 1-3 years' experience in a high-volume corporate mail distribution department or facilities management maintenance department required + Familiarity with MS Outlook, Excel and Word software + Physical requirement- must be able to lift 50-55 lbs
- Additional Details:
- + Work hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

- Pay Details:
- $18.
