Frisco, TX Job Details Temporary | Part-time $15 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Maintaining an organized workspace Printing Administrative experience High school diploma or GED Stocking Clerical experience Clean workspace maintenance Entry level Full Job Description Job Summary The Part-Time, temporary Mail & Office Clerk supports day-to-day office operations by handling incoming and outgoing mail, assisting with statement mailings, and helping maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked common areas. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing routine office support tasks on a consistent weekly schedule approximately 12-15 hours per week.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Summary of Essential Job Functions:
Pick up mail from the office mail room and distribute it appropriately Sort incoming mail by department, recipient, or category Open and route certain mail items as directed Assist with printing statements and preparing them for mailing Stuff envelopes, process mail through the postage machine, and return completed mailings to the mail room Help maintain clean and orderly break areas and conference rooms Restock break room, kitchen, and conference room supplies as needed Monitor office supply levels for assigned common areas and notify management when replenishment is needed Support general office organization and other routine administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior mailroom, clerical, office assistant, or administrative support experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work a consistent part-time schedule Able to organize, sort, and manage paper documents efficiently Comfortable using office equipment such as printers, copiers, and postage machines Able to lift and carry mail trays, paper boxes, and office supplies within reasonable office-weight limits of approximately 10 lbs. Professional, helpful, and able to work independently Work Environment This job supports professional office environments. This role always uses standard office equipment. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift mail bins that weigh approximately 10 lbs. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a part-time, temporary position. Generally, days and hours of work are Mondays & Wednesdays, 2-3 hours per day; Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4 hours per day. However, flexibility may occasionally be needed to support the department's needs. Compensation is $15 per hour
