In this position, you will: + Sort, organize, and distribute large volumes of incoming and outgoing mail + Ensure mail is accurately routed to the appropriate departments and personnel + Load and transport mail between buildings using a company vehicle + Make scheduled deliveries and pickups throughout the military installation + Maintain organized records and tracking procedures for mail distribution + Support daily mailroom operations in a fast-paced, process-driven environment + Work both independently and collaboratively to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials This position consists of approximately 80% mailroom operations and organization and 20% driving throughout the installation. What We're Looking For ✔ Active Secret Clearance required ✔ High School Diploma or GED ✔ Strong organizational and time management skills ✔ Reliable driving ability and comfort operating a company vehicle ✔ Previous mailroom, administrative, warehouse, logistics, customer service, or clerical experience is a plus ✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn ✔ Ability to work in a structured, process-oriented environment Interested? I look forward to connecting with you! Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Norfolk, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.94/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
