Job Description
Job Summary The Document Associate will support daily document scanning, records preparation, mail handling, package delivery, and general facility support. This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, exposure to office operations, and the opportunity to build long-term administrative and records management experience with a supportive team. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, scan, quality check, index, and properly process large volumes of physical records.
- Sort incoming mail, distribute office packages, and support outgoing shipment activities.
- Operate and maintain high-volume scanners, copiers, and mailroom equipment.
- Clear paper jams, monitor equipment supplies, and report service or maintenance needs.
- Assist with facility support tasks, including room checks, office setups, and shredding bin collection.
- Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of document workflows. Compensation and Benefits

$22.00 per hour.Job Type:
Temp-to-Hire.Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
