• Fulfillment & Shipping:

  Package, label, inspect, and sort bulk and small package shipments (including domestic, Canadian, and foreign mail).

• Logistics & Scheduling:

  Schedule incoming/outgoing freight, prepare bills of lading, source competitive carrier pricing, and track shipments to confirmation.

• Inventory & Admin:

  Conduct accurate cycle counts, communicate delivery receipts across departments, and process billing within 24 hours of job completion.

•

Warehouse Operations:

Assist with daily scheduling, operate forklifts/pallet jacks, and safely perform heavy lifting.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience:

  1+ years of shipping/warehouse experience; background with box trucks, courier driving, or manual transmissions is a plus.

• Licensing:

  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficient in basic word processing, fraction/decimal unit conversions, and basic math/accounting.

•

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills for client and internal updates, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
