Full Job Description Job Purpose:
The Admin Assistant at
BILLS DISTRIBUTING
is responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a variety of tasks related to communication, data entry, and general office management to support the company's daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate personnel or department. Responding to customer and employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Entering orders accurately into the system to ensure seamless processing and delivery. Filing documents and maintaining organized records for easy retrieval and reference.
Required Education:
High School Diploma or GED Required Experience:
Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred Experience in handling phone calls and managing customer inquiries Familiarity with order entry and filing systems
Required Skills and Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks Customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
