of Anchorage is looking for a BDC/Receptionist to support both our Sales and Service teams. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping create a positive experience, scheduling appointments, managing customer communications, and keeping our dealership running smoothly. What You'll Do Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department Schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales and service appointments Make outbound calls to customers regarding appointments, service needs, and customer satisfaction Help manage customer information and maintain accurate records in our CRM system Support customer retention efforts through follow-up and communication Assist customers with questions and escalate concerns when needed Provide administrative and receptionist support for dealership operations Deliver outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone What You'll Bring Previous customer service, receptionist, call center, BDC, or administrative experience Build great customer relationships A passion for helping others Comfortable using computers and technology CRM experience, but we're happy to train you A team-first mindset and commitment to exceptional customer service Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
