Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and route inquiries efficiently using professional phone etiquette Maintain front desk appearance, including filing, data entry, and handling incoming correspondence Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools Support office management tasks such as organizing supplies, maintaining records, and assisting with bookkeeping or invoicing as needed Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, updating databases, and entering data accurately Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or over the phone Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Strong typing skills and attention to detail for data entry, proofreading, and filing tasks Exceptional customer service abilities with a friendly demeanor and effective communication skills Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining professionalism and courteousness Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment Personal assistant or calendar management experience can enhance your ability to support team scheduling needs Join us as a Receptionist and become an integral part of our team dedicated to delivering outstanding service every day!
