Receptionist As a Receptionist , you'll be the vibrant face of our organization, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while managing essential data entry tasks. Your role will be pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and maintaining accurate records that support our team's success. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment where your organizational skills and attention to detail will shine! What you'll do Greet and assist visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members efficiently. Perform data entry tasks with precision, including entering information into databases and ERP systems. Maintain filing systems and ensure that all documents are organized and easily accessible. Collect, compile, and analyze data as needed, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel and pivot tables. Assist with order entry processes, ensuring accuracy in all transactions. Support administrative functions by providing clerical assistance to various departments. Conduct transcription tasks for meetings or documents as required. Basic qualifications Proficient computer skills with a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with databases and ERP systems is highly desirable. Solid typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. Basic math skills for handling numerical data effectively. Preferred qualifications Previous office experience in a receptionist or administrative role. Familiarity with filing systems and clerical processes. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in data collection and transcription is a plus.
