Job Description

Our client is in need of a receptionist to support front desk operations in Texas. The candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while helping keep daily office activities organized and efficient. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to manage administrative tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and direct them appropriately, creating a courteous and detail-oriented experience for everyone entering the office
  • Handle incoming phone traffic through a multi-line system, route calls accurately, and take clear messages when needed
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely manner
  • Keep the front desk and reception space neat, orderly, and ready for visitors throughout the day
  • Arrange appointments, coordinate meeting schedules, and manage conference room reservations
  • Support office administration by completing data entry, maintaining files, and preparing routine documents
  • Work closely with internal staff to help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
  • Assist with additional front office and administrative tasks as needed
