Our pediatric dental group is looking for an outgoing and motivated individual to join our team. As the Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the smiling face to represent APDAO by greeting all guests and patients who walk through our doors! Apply today, we can't wait to meet you! Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they walk in the door Check in patients and update all necessary information Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures) Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing Schedule patients for appointments as needed Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Hands-on experience with office equipment Exceptional customer service attitude Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
