Job Description

A friendly face and a welcoming attitude can make all the difference. We're currently hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Montgomery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and supporting day-to-day office operations in a professional environment. Responsibilities Welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a polite and professional manner Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination Maintain the front desk and reception area to ensure it stays tidy and presentable Handle basic administrative duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and email communication Accept deliveries and distribute mail or packages internally Support office staff with general clerical tasks when needed Assist in creating a positive and organized experience for both customers and employees Schedule & Hours Full-time position, 38 to 40 hours per week Monday to Friday schedule with occasional weekend coverage if required Typical shifts between 8:00am and 5:00pm Immediate start available for the right candidate What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Paid training and onboarding support Stable, long-term opportunity with consistent hours Friendly and respectful work environment Opportunities to grow into additional administrative responsibilities Employee discounts and workplace perks where applicable What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using phones, email, and basic computer systems Reliable, organized, and able to multitask throughout the day Professional appearance and positive attitude Previous reception or office experience is preferred, but not essential How to Apply Please apply through Indeed with an updated resume.
