Part Time Location:
Opelika, AL 36801 Position Summary We are seeking a goal-oriented, proactive, and service-minded front desk sales person (Wellness Coordinator) to join our team. This customer-facing role plays a key part in patient experience, front office operations, and clinic growth. If you're passionate about health and wellness, love helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced retail healthcare setting, this is the opportunity for you. No chiropractic or healthcare experience required — we will train the right person. Greeting patients and creating a welcoming experience Presenting and selling memberships and wellness packages Managing patient check-in/check-out processes Answering phones and assisting patients with questions Maintaining accurate patient accounts using point-of-sale software Re-engaging inactive members Supporting clinic sales and monthly goals Assisting with marketing and community outreach efforts Maintaining clinic cleanliness and organization Working collaboratively with doctors and team members Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum one year of customer service or sales experience preferred Office management or marketing experience is a plus Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset Strong communication and computer skills Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently Weekend availability required Reliable transportation required Schedule MondayFriday:
9:45 AM- 7:00 PM Saturday
Sunday:
9:45 AM- 4:00 PM Compensation and Benefits Starting pay: $14
