This person is the first point of contact for our dancers and families, so a genuinely friendly, approachable personality is just as important as the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once without missing a beat.   • Thursday What You'll Do Greet dancers, parents, and visitors and serve as the friendly first point of contact for the studio Manage front desk operations, scheduling, registrations, and day-to-day administrative tasks Keep student records, accounts, and communications accurate and up to date Support studio leadership with organization, follow-up, and general office management Help maintain a positive, welcoming, and well-run environment for our families What We're Looking For 2+ years of previous dance studio experience is required Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills — friendly, patient, and professional Experience with studio management software ( Jackrabbit strongly preferred ) Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through A Plus Social media management experience (Facebook Business, Instagram, and related mobile apps) of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
